Hello,

My parents goldfish is super bloated, he is swimming sideways and struggling to stay upright. I tried to put him in a hospital tank and mixed some Epsom salt with tank water and gave him some cooked peas without the shell. He didn’t eat the peas and it’s seems the is swimming got worse so I put him back in the main tank. The exotic vet is closed today (Sunday) and I want to know if there is something I can give in the meantime like an antibiotic. I don’t think it’s dropsy because his scales aren’t sticking out like a pine coat but I want to help him before it gets to that point.

I think he got that bloated because my parents would feed him twice a day everyday. He has now been fasting for 5 days.
