Need Help For Specific Situation
i am just entering this supplement thing like reading about them and i have started to take few of them , like Mg glycinate, creatine, and also NAC
i am taking these because i got a very poor quality sleep, brain fog, anxiety, stress and not being able to focus properly , like whenever i try to focus and try to get my mess fixed , i just get overwhelmed and feel like i need to do this , i need to do that and idk, everything just scatter everywhere and i just bed rot
i do have OCD, mainly germophobia, and i feel somewhat after reading this subreddit, i might have mild adhd as well
so taking L-theanine or something like that would be more worth while?
