I decided to terminate my job due to unforeseen circumstances. I registered myself with the Agentur für Arbeit within 3 days of signing the termination agreement. However, I haven’t heard back from my boss or HR regarding the next steps for over a month, and the agreed termination date is scheduled for next month.

In this situation, should I inform the Ausländerbehörde before receiving further confirmation from HR or my supervisor?

Of course, my plan was to inform the Ausländerbehörde after signing a new employment contract.
