First, regarding the quality problem of your filter, which involves a return request — I was not provided with a contact name or phone number for the return process.
Second, I purchased another filter from you about a month ago, and it has still not been shipped.
Can you please help resolve these issues?
The last response I received from your email support was 5 days ago. Since then, no one has contacted me, despite the fact that I have sent numerous emails.
