Hello,

I posted a parcel through ghana post from Ghana to the Netherlands and it's been about a month, it still hasn't been delivered. Tracking it shows that it has left the country but it is taking awfully long. If anyone has faced anything similar, is there anything I can do to speed up the process, or to at least get more information on the whereabouts of the parcel. I am also struggling to get into contact with Ghana post. Thank you.
