Hello! I am a 15-year-old immigrant in the United States of America, and I am wondering what I can do to leave and come back with a student visa to attend college. My family and I came to America when I was 6 years old, with a tourist visa. Obviously, we overstayed our stay, and it will be 10 years in October since we first set foot in America. Since I’m going to be a junior in a couple of months, and I have started thinking about college since I was in middle school, I started thinking of leaving America right before my senior year and applying for a student visa. My birthday is in October, so I wouldn’t be 18 yet, but I was wondering if this is possible and how long it would take?
