Masters Admissions
I have an unrelated undergrad degree with a lower GPA but have been building my portfolio and looking to get a masters in architecture to help get licensed. I’ve been working in tech sales since I got my undergrad in 2015. Also, due to my personal situation and location I’ll probably have to do a degree fully online. It’s pretty much a non negotiable. I’m currently enrolled in a few community college architecture classes and excelling. I also have some work experience with an award winning historic home renovator who’s willing to give me a great referral. Hoping to get some from my professors as well. Because of my low GPA and need to take online classes I’ve been looking at places like SIU, BAC, and ASU. Are the admissions highly selective? Any other places I should keep on my radar? I heard that BAC was open admissions but have seen differing opinions on if that’s for just in person or for online as well. Anyone know?
