F/35/5’6” [295 lbs - 210 lbs = 85 lbs] (5 years) I was gonna wait for a more “glamorous” after shot, but the results speak for themselves!
I didn’t really track as much as I changed my choices/habits- so I don’t have more comparison shots. I started taking full body shots last August when I committed to tracking on MyFitnessPal and wearing an Apple Watch. My next goal is 200!
