Any thoughts??

im reaching out for any thoughts on this. I know we are not doctors but I’m waiting until July to see rheumatologist so I guess just wondering if anything similar has happened to anyone here.
I went to my PCP for a regular physical and brought up concern since the joints in my hand had been very minorly swollen when I was fighting some sort of virus. I also have a family history of underactive thyroid and so I wanted to check if that would be contributing. She wrote arthritis in my chart And tested a whole slew of ANA.
my ANA came back positive with a titer of 1.320 and a centromere pattern. This obviously sent me on a bit of a deep dive on the internet since CREST and Lupus were listed under the test at high probability. My thryoglobulin also came back high - but TSH levels were within in normal levels.
I want to clarify that I do not have Raynauds and other than minor GERD do not seem to have any other symptoms of schleroderma. i do have chronic hives that appear when Im stressed (mostly on my back in welt form) And occasional joint pain in my hands but nothing limiting movement. I guess I’m just curious if anything similar has happened to anyone else or if anyone has any thoughts?
