Hello, I am relocating to Taiwan in a couple of months and I have a French international driver's license for both car and motorcycle (all engines) as well as the original driver's license. I intend to ride scooters, 150cc and up. Will I be able to transfer my licenses to get the scooter license in Taiwan without having to do the road test and/or paper test? Thanks.
