Hello everyone, I’ve been on Reta for 5 months. As now I’m down 18 pounds, 165 to 146. Sticking to a Training Days: 2186 225P 179C 58F diet plan and NON-Training Days: 1817 220P 62C 73F diet plan. I’ve always had a problem growing muscle. I’ve cut the weight but have very little muscle mass growth. I train 4-5 days a week. My strength on compound lifts has gone up but can’t get any definition within my muscles… any thoughts or suggestions? What more can I do? Can I pair anything with my Reta to help?
By the way the highlighted area is just to highlight my high pelvic bone. It makes my waist appear wider.
