How can i possibly make this more professional? I have trouble making up my own interior, screen toning.

Any tips i could pro learn? Youtube videos? I just need someone to personally tell me about my work. Somehow mangas like My Broken Mariko, chainsaw man have simple designs but yet they feel professional. i tried studying them but i still dont get it
