I'm on the titration for Elvanse with Psychiatry UK around week 9. I've decided to drop from 60mg to 50mg, which was working well for me but was bringing some unwanted, typical, side effects (trouble sleeping, sexual sides - trouble getting and maintaining + loss of libido)
On 50mg I am noticing a lack in the medications effectiveness ( focus/ concentration are nowhere near as fine tuned as they were on 60mg) ... I know its only 10mg difference but, wow, it really doesn't feel like it is 'working' as well as it was with 60mg. It's too early to tell if the side effects are reducing ....
So I just want to ask on here if anyone has dropped from 60mg to 50mg? And what were the experiences?
NB:
I've was on Amfexa before but decided to give Elvanse a go, due to the sides (trouble sleeping, decreased libido/ED and the brain fog/withdrawl) which I was on for around a year 2 x 10mg
