I’m looking for a sports massage that is a) very intense and done with expertise, and b) ideally quite cheap.

I am having some money troubles and I am incredibly stressed. My whole back has really tensed up. This would be a luxury I guess but I think it would be good for me. I have a massage gun but it’s not really the same.

I have had one massage here last year and it was absolutely dreadful so keen not to visit another waste of money.

Recommendations? I’d also consider/combine acupuncture too. Thanks in advance.
