Help my gpa is so ass rn (2.50) like I genuinly don't know how to study and usually cram for exams. It's usually because I have such a hard time listening in class like I feel the need to move every 30 minutes, but WHY ARE SOME LECTURES 3 HOURS LONG OML I genuinly find it so hard to listen to a person speak for that long and still find it interesting (despite it being a course under my major lol). Because I don't listen to a prof during lecture, I slack off big time after and never bother reviewing a lecuture until the last possible moment.

I was legit a straight 90's kid in highschool, and I have such a hard time grasping why I'm so shit in my first year.

I'm probably just a lazy ass (I am), but what are some ways you guys have studied that has helped you? Looking to actually lock in and study more effectively in the coming semesters.
