I had some what of bad sleep the night before getting tested. Started lifting and focusing on my diet only a year and a couple months ago. Feels like my physical appearance represents these results pretty fairly. What would you do in my shoes.

Edit: I’m not fat, as a child to about 14-15yrs old I was definitely fat as fuck, i remember being 190lb at 14, stopped eating basically and dropped to 135lb. Gained some fat from doing a terrible bulk at 18-19. A year and a half ago I went from 155 down to 135, basically skin and bone, started my bulk last year and I’m stuck at 175 right now and body fat looks almost the same, gained a very nice amount of muscle.
