2014 f150 3.5l ecoboost xlt automatic transmission

Recently had a lift kit done and i put 2 inch spacers with 35 inch mud graps/17 inch rim. Everything is torqued to spec. There is no veer of the wheel, no shaking, no poor performance. There is this sound of a squeaking noise very light and faint after spaces, they are hub centric it is coming from right side. There is also coming from driver side front tire a sound almost like a tiny chain dangling and dragging but only makes the noise when cruising slowly and or turning and after braking. I have a video of the sounds. Please help!
