Pulled this card more than 10 years ago when Flashire first released in 2015. Not sure if i should grade it though. Any advice would be appreciated!.

Bought this card a whiiiiiiiile back and just noticed the speck above the name text. The thing is im not sure if it's dust on the card or a printer error would anyone be able to help me out?
