Just started listening to The Institute and man this is a rough one as far as villains go. I can’t help but physically screw up my face the way the “caretakers” behave. Every time Gladys smiles my skin crawls. I keep reminding myself it’s just a book. I will be so glad when (I guess if) they get what’s coming to them.
