Hi everyone!

My roommate and I were wondering if anyone knew of large 1 bedroom units in apartment complexes in Tribeca or Dumbo (maybe Williamsburg and Downtown Brooklyn/Brooklyn heights that would be able to convert to a flex 2-bed? Our budget is $5,500 (willing to push it if we really like the place). Same with true 2-bedroom units--on the off-chance a building fits under our budget.
