Our giant pekin has been found upside down in her pen several times over the last few days. Her balance is bad, looks like she’s drunk. She swims good, but sits a little low in the water towards her neck.
Could she be sick, or maybe based?
She is obviously exhausted when we find her. She does eat and drink still. She is pooping normal.
She seems to get better actually walking around, then she gets bad again barely crawling and eventually rolling onto her back.
She and her sisters are just over 1 year old. We just lost a Cayuga due to a large growth/infection under her belly/rear. But the 2 conditions seem completely unrelated.
Any suggestions?
