Absolute Nightmare with Customer Service.

I ordered an APC9SD in October of 2025, and was told my gun would ship to my FFL within 30-60 days. After 70 days, I called CS, and they said it would ship by the end of February. Once that date passed, I called again, and they said it would ship by the end of March. I called at the beginning of April (the gun still hadn’t shipped), and they said it would be within two weeks. By this time, I was done waiting and canceled my order. The last communication I received from CS stated I would receive my refund within 5-7 business days of April 9th. As of now, I haven’t received my money back, and despite multiple emails to the customer service email, phone calls, and voicemails, I haven’t received a single response from anyone at B&TUSA.

This is easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you’re thinking about buying anything from B&TUSA, for the love of all that is Holy, please don’t. You do so at your own peril and the expense of your sanity.
