I am moving to Atlanta in September and looking for recommendations on 1-bed apartments in Midtown. My budget is under $2300/month and I value flexibility of lease terms (<12 months), good management, security, access to grocery stores and community engagement in the building.

Currently looking at :

1. Sixty11th
2. 77 12th
3. Momentum

Would appreciate any reviews on the above or other options to consider
Open to lease transfer or 6-month sublease as well!
