Learning embroidery and used it for a repair!

The hem on this shirt sleeve was coming undone. Decided to start learning embroidery and repaired it with a chain stitch! Also added some cute lil daisies to the bottom corner of the shirt. Can’t decide if I want to do anything with the other sleeve or leave it asymmetrical.

I am finally in a position financially to be able to afford a reduction, and I’ve also lost enough weight that my preferred surgeon would agree to do it. But I’ve been on HRT for perimenopause for the last 1.5 years (and was probably in peri at least a year or two before that). My biggest concern is regrowth due to the HRT/ hormone fluctuations. Has anyone had a reduction while in perimenopause? How did it work out for you?
