Hello everyone,
I am a third-year sociology student and I am currently working on my bachelor’s thesis about death online, digital grief, and how social media changes our relationship with death.
I have created a short anonymous survey (around 7–10 minutes) about experiences such as:
- seeing posts about death, mourning, accidents, tragedies in your feed
- posting or interacting with “RIP” / memorial posts
- following profiles of people who have died
- thinking about what happens to our social media accounts after we die
The survey is bilingual (Romanian / English), and anyone who uses social media is welcome to participate, regardless of age or country.
Your answers will be used only for academic purposes in my bachelor’s thesis. No identifying data (like name, username, email) is collected.
