Selling in Brisbane with the market “dropping”

I currently have my townhouse on the market, I’ve had 2 weekends of open homes, 3 groups through in total and 1 offer. The offer is 5k and 12k less than the 2 most recent sales in the complex from about 8 weeks ago. Would it be a good or bad idea to accept it with whatever is happening with the market?

Adding a driveway

I’m looking at purchasing this property, there is an existing driveway but it’s not really practical as it leads into the back yard (photo attached) anyone who has done driveways I would appreciate some advice, since there is an existing one would that deter council from approving another one? And also what costs I could be looking at. Thank you!

Hi all, so I’m planning on selling my townhouse and buying a house instead. I feel like I’m not making the right decision due to a “strict” limit on what I can buy up to which is about $870k. My plan is to sell first do a 90 day settlement and buy during that period. I feel like I’m making the wrong decision and that I will end up with no property after I sell. Anyone been in something similar? Should I just hold and stay at my townhouse? I’m stressed!
