Hi, I have a very on-the-go lifestyle and I’m finding it hard sometimes to get my protein and food in. My appetite is there, but my focus runs towards work. I have noticed feeling tired more days than not and sometimes dizzy when I first wake up. Have added a half a banana first thing when I wake up, which is really helping with the dizzy have added electrolyte packets to at least 32 ounces of water struggle with hydration amounts. I just can’t carry around all that water but I know I need to any advice on things out there I can buy and throw into a bag that don’t require refrigeration, but can keep me going and help With getting in what I need. Thanks in advance for any tips.
