Hello, i would like some help/advice regarding sleep problems with our 10 months old boy.
This is our usual routine:
Waking between 7:15 and 7:45, sometimes earlier, around 6:15.
Two naps per day: in the morning for 30 minutes to 1 hour, mostly 30 minutes, sometime between 9:30 and 11:00; in the afternoon from around 14:30 to 15:45, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Last solid-food meal at 18:00, a light porridge/purée.
Bedtime routine starts at 19:30, sleep at 20:30. Before that, the last milk feed, around 150 ml.
He wakes up frequently, gets onto his hands and knees, sometimes 20–30 times per night, mostly in the first part of the night. Around 2–3 a.m., things calm down a little, although sometimes they do not and continue throughout the night. When he gets onto all fours during the night, he starts crying, but often his eyes are closed / he is still asleep.
He has two milk feeds during the night: the first around midnight, the second around 4 a.m.
Sleep has worsened considerably over the last two months. He is now 10 months old and 10 days.
I would like to add that we had a minor "good" weekend since he woke up "only" around 5 times until 2am and then only once until morning, but since Monday we are back in the same problem.
I would be most grateful for any advice.
Edit: no bedtime crying since 5 months old. He gets to sleep fairly easy in the evening (hope it stays this way 🤞)
