After having one of my front eye teeth knocked out, I got my partial upper denture last Friday. Fits comfortably in the chair but when I got home and took it out to rinse after eating I couldn't get it back in comfortably. Kept rocking, doesn't align properly etc. Got in to the dentist today to have it looked at because I thought there was something wrong with it but nope, just me. Same thing happened, took it out after eating yoghurt and spent the last 2 hours wrestling with this darn thing before spitting it and taking it out so I could sob.

Can anyone give me some tips on how to get this thing in and seated correctly, I feel like im following the dentists instructions but it's just not working and im at my limit 🫠
