Entry to tbilisi - Help

So i been in georgia for 10 months. I earn foreign income and i have honestly been enjoying the country, taking music and art workshops, i have amazing georgian friends here. I left the country for few days and On the land border, the officer made me wait alot, asked me alot of questions.. let others pass while im waiting… tthey decided to let me in after like 50 min of waiting but on condition that i should leave the country on the date of my outbound ticket in few weeks and if i dont leavr they said i will be in trouble and the immigration will get involved.. I wasnt given any documents.. it was all verbal and i have a regular stamp on my passport.

As a lebanese, by law i can stay up to one year. Its a shame i was treated in such a way to be honest based on my passport.. i have done nothing wrong since i came georgia. I genuinely love this place and it sucks immigration treat visitors like that.. and im not trying to settle here like alot of people do.. lol

Has anyone experienced such thing? What does that mean when the immigration verbally say that yet still let u enter?

Entry to georgia

Hi guy! Iv been in georgia for around 10 months.
Regarding the entry for visa run, Is it better to show my one year lease of the apartment that i have been renting or show them a hotel booking instead covering the period of stay after re entry ? I have all other documents including insurance and outbound ticket.

Please advise 🙏🏼
