Good morning everyone!

I have started receiving booking for the World Cup time period in KC. It’s exciting as the rates are much higher than normal.

My question is, for others hosting during major events like fifa, what are you using for minimum stay nights?

I currently have it set on two nights, but if they only stay the night before and after the game, I potentially miss the rest of the week. After all, who would book only the other days?

So, what are you all doing for the minimum stays?

Hello everyone! Pretty new host here. I have a guest who works in a nearby town and wants to book my basement suite on a month to month basis.

First, for those who have done something similar, did you offer a discount or anything special operationally for the month?

Also, if for some reason it doesn’t work out, how difficulty is it to get them to leave? The place is in Missouri, so if anyone is in Missouri what does it take to establish residency?

The guy appears legit. His wife booked it and she has positive Airbnb history
