First time Acty Van owner here! She’s a 98 3cyl with about 28k miles (not sure why the dealer listing has it with 24k miles)

First off, does anyone on here know of anyone who can do work on kei vans in the Jacksonville, FL area? I don’t know anything about mechanics aside from keeping up with regular maintenance, oil changes, fluids, etc.

Secondly, dash lights do not come on aside from turn signals and oil and battery lights etc at startup. Additionally fuel gauge and temperature gauge do not work at all. Is this perhaps a fuse issue? Can anyone point me in the right direction??
