I'm 19, and I'm facing burnout from academics. I have planned a time already to sleep for 8 hours. However, I still sometimes can'tcommit to it all the time. The work load that were given were too much. I do procrastinate as well.
It feels like I'm struggling with mental momentum, and energy crashes too (Maybe even brain fog). So an AI suggested asking people about this blood work so it sums up how the post was structured, and that I was planning to talk to a doctor in relate to this topic. I realized how important biology is, where I'm trying to build a system in life, however I can't commit, if my body is failing to even commit to tasks.
What markers should I prioritize for me to identify energy drains? I'm also interested about Vitamin D, B-complex, Ferritin, or metabolic markers.
