Looking for advice for Week 4

Week 4 feels like such a big step up from the previous weeks. I really struggled to get through W4R1 last night. I didn't stop, but I did pause the timer a few times and went back to brisk walk pace to catch my breath and let my legs recover, before going back to running and resuming the timer.

In the end, I did run the total amount of time the app wanted me to (16 minutes), but I added about 6 minutes onto the session overall, and didn't manage a 5-minute consecutive run.

Part of it, I think, was the mental aspect. Seeing the time increments jump up so drastically while previous increments had seemed quite gradual was quite daunting before I even started. Also, I found the long gaps between reassurance quite hard going (as needy as that might sound).

My main question is what do I do tomorrow? Do I repeat W4R1 until I can manage it? Or do I step down to W3R3 and repeat until I feel more confident?
