Distal Bicep Tear
So I tore my distal this morning loading a sheet of MDF into my truck. I tore the other side in 2017 in an accident that that hyperextended and dislocated my elbow, so I'm somewhat familiar with a non surgical recovery. No insurance and really not a fan of surgery even if I had it.
So I'm planning on doing BPC157/TB500 stack. 1mg a day broken up into two daily injections. 5 days on 2 off. Acutely aware that this won't "heal" my arm, but as I've dealt with this before, I know what to expect in terms of recovery and usage. I'd say my left arm is 100 percent usable at maybe 65-75 percent strength.
I've been in Reta for almost a year, long into maintenance and I've also done this stack before but not really to treat an injury so much as for general wellness and joint health. It's been a while though.
Would be interesting to hear from any others that have used this stack to treat an injury. I'm 51 and pretty active. Lifted pretty regularly into my 40s. Not really doing any resistance training these days but I do ride mtb/jump bike almost daily.
