Hi I am 1 week into my new role as a Talent Specialist and wanted to reach out for any advice/tips and tricks. I have a staffing agency background and have been told that it is a little different than recruiting internally. I would love to know how I different it is and if you all just have any advice to help me quickly transiton into this new job.
