2024 Corsair lease takeover
I’m hoping someone can help me verify if this is a good deal.
A lovely retired couple in Alberta is advertising a lease takeover for their 2024 Lincoln Corsair Reserve (no upgraded pano sunroof package or jet appearance package).
I have very little to go off of so far but running the numbers it appears I may be getting a decent deal with the full intention to buy the vehicle at the end of the lease.
He paid $60145 CAD, put down $8941 and leased the remaining $51164 at 4 years / 2.49%.
Payment is $225.72 bi-weekly for two more years which includes the warranty within this time.
Buyout at the end of the lease is $28268.15
The vehicle has less than 35k KM.
Yearly allowance of 20k KM
It comes with a winter tire package and a cargo tray. No other options other than the standard reserve perks (360 degree camera, telescopic steering etc).
The math (with the increased down payment, decent interest rate and winter tires) seems to be telling me this is a good deal but I want to make sure I’m not missing something.
