On the main level, there is a bedroom for the grandparents. A chef’s kitchen, large living room that’s off the kitchen and you overlook the extensive greenery of the backyard. You have an office for those who work from home.
On the second level, you have 2 bedrooms as well as the master with its own walk-in closet and en suite. There is also a full bath for the children.
Backyard Shed/ Apt: 1 bed 1 & 1/2 baths
(Full bath downstairs(basement) / 1/2 bath upstairs)
The bedroom and full bath are downstairs in a beautifully lit basement.
Could be the new quarters for your YA child, who works and is independent but doesn’t really want to leave the nest just yet. They could be paying rent for the space and then you eventually will give them their rent money back as their down payment for their future house.
