Next 4 weeks will be finalizing prewiring residential site about 40 drops, we are an EC so my guys can do the drops. Wondering if anyone has any idea how to locate a tech who could handle terminations at the cable ends (not at rack). My guys have learned to do it but so infrequent was looking to find someone who could come in to bang them out.

For protect purposes, can I use each hard drive bay independent without using the second as auto raid 1 storage? That way I can I get full use of both bays and can just back up to cloud or NAS instead?
Otherwise do not get enough days of storage on either for a deployment of 18 cameras.
If it could get me 30 days of protect camera storage and the 8 x 10 gig ports it would be a no brainer to replace a udm+ unvr + small 10 gig switch being priced almost the same.
Under construction on a new home build and looking to have my electrical contractor hardwire for future alarm panel. Want this to be as flexible as possible to use whatever system i want in the fture and not be locked in. Hoping to one day have it on ubiquiti as most tech gear is.
Some key points:
Windows and Doors (exterior): are all aluminum frame.
On windows and doors, want to conceal the sensors as much as poaaible (Bronze finish), i know on the sliders i wont be able to though.
In florida smoke and c/o devices need to be on 120v interconnected
Want to have gargae door sensors
Heat Sensors in Kitchen and Garage
Not sold on motion sensors as would want the most discrete item possible but also have ubiquiti cameras so hoping can just utilize that to monitor motion.
