Is it just me or does Qin Chuan look like an unfinished painting?

all these crisscrossing textures, dark patches that look still wet, like someone just painted it and hasn't finished yet.

Makes me feel like I'm walking on an unfinished masterpiece.

Maybe the devs deliberately designed that?
