Has anyone got clarity on LES access under the free retake due to the Canvas issue?

If I sit May 2026 and don’t pass, do I still keep access to the Learning Ecosystem for Nov 2026 / May 2027 before actually registering for the free retake?

Asking because I bought the Premium Learning Package (extra mocks + bigger question bank), and I’m not sure whether LES stays open during that gap after results, or if everything gets locked until you pick and activate the free retake window. Not to mention if I keep the Premium Learning Package or not.

I emailed CFA a few days ago but haven’t heard back yet. Would appreciate if anyone’s seen an official answer or had this confirmed.
