Any reco for improvement ng monthly finance namin?

Hello! First time posting here, hopefully makareceive ng good advice or tips regarding our finances.

We’re a family of 3 (me and hubby are 28, with an almost 1 year old). For context, we live with my parents because hindi pa livable yung bahay namin sa katabing bayan but we plan to move there once napa-renovate na and nakahanap na ng yaya for baby.

At the moment, I work from home and hubby is on-site. My mom does all the cooking and helps me with taking care of our baby so yung budget na “nanny/lola allowance” is for her. We also provide 10k for my parents monthly, and 8k yung share namin for ulam monthly.
Since we have most of the appliances at home, we also shoulder Meralco and water bills. Btw, both of my parents don’t have work but may small business naman mom ko kaya hindi sila nanghihingi ng any additional money.

Under “fam expenses” is yung actual na para sa aming mag-anak, which is roughly 30% of our total income. Iphone installment will be finished by this June, and so will the saving for baby’s 1st birthday.

After ng lahat ng bayarin and responsibilities, we are left with roughly 14k monthly, na mostly nagagamit namin for wants magasawa.

My question is, may pwede pa ba kaming iimprove sa current setup namin?
Btw bago kami makalipat sa new house is need namin siya iparenovate and bumili ng mga gamit. So tips on saving for that next goal would be appreciated!

This group has been so helpful so I hope to get insights too. Thank you so much!

To add: We have EF of 500k and S&P 500 stocks of around $3000 including na yung 25% na gain. We also let go recently of our Sunlife VULs because well, it’s VUL.
