So I've been able to buy most everything offered in the Stamp Rally. All I have left is several of the limited cat tickets on the "Other" page, which I have no interest in obtaining. I have almost everyone single limited cat they are offering there, and have several extra observatory tickets I haven't used yet.

Do the items there ever update or refresh? Do i have to buy EVERYTHING before it updates to new items? Or am I going to be stuck piling up stamps with nothing to spend them on?
