I take azathioprine for Crohn's and MG..because my Crohn's is stable with subcut injections my ibd team want to stop my aza but I worry if they do how this will affect my MG. I take pyridstigmine 3/4 times a day. I obviously won't stop anything until I get neurologist to speak with me . I was thinking maybe lowering the dose to see where I am at.

Has anyone stopped taking Aza or any other immunosuppressive med and how did you notice symptoms? I've been on Aza for 5 years. Mg is pretty stable. Fluctuations in stress, heat and cold weather. I have general Mg

Hello 👋

I wondered what your job is with myasthenia gravis? I am not working at the moment and hoping to return back to working world this year 😊. I have not worked in a while due to MG as well as dealing with another autoimmune condition. Both are stable now.

Remote work seems obvious but to get any job these days is tough. I have been volunteering to help with some of the gap on my CV. My background is Admin. I am in the UK. Thanks for your help
