I am planning to take partial drop i only want college bcz i want to leave my home...

Agr maine this year top 20 percentile wala criteria clear krliya but fir college me admission nhi liya drop leliya and next year cousling ke time agr top 20 percentile ke marks increase hoogye example maine 365 pr clear kiya ho Last year but this year cutoff 370 ho to then I am still eligible or not for that year???
