First filament jam with the QIDI Box

I messed up and let the heater on and the SUNLU matte dual PLA turned soft and clogged the gears.

Help with removing extruder cover

Hi fellow qidi printer owners, especially Q2 owners. As the title says, I want to remove the cover of the extruder, one last piece is giving me trouble (or I’m dumb and I’m overlooking something simple).
In the picture you can see what part is stuck. How do remove it with out needing to mess with the belt? Or is there no other way?

Any help is welcome. Thank you!

I bought a spool of basic white PETG, but when I loaded the spool in the Qidi Box, PETG Rapido showed on the screen. I hope it’s one time thing, but has anyone else had this issue with RFID spool from Qidi?
