problem- mei ghar mei hamesha weekdays par akela rehta hu 7am to 3pm (that's 8 hours period)

and ab koi mereko dekhne ke liye nahi hota to ofc.....MEI KABHI NAHI PADH PATA HU

par jab mummy wapis ati h to i mei lagatar 8 gante padh sakta hu aram se.....dont ask me how, par habit develop ho gayi h

this is happening since jan, so everyday instead of improving, either im staying the same or falling behind.....

before giving any random solution just know i have tried 90% of solution already available online and none worked for me....cuz bro 8 hours is such a long time how someone can have that strong will power.
