
Big win as a new swimmer
I started swimming in December and could only swim 25m before tiring. Over the past few months, I’ve been swimming 1-2 times a week, mostly doing intervals. Initially, I managed 500m per workout, then increased to 800m, and now swim 1000-2600m. Today, I swam nonstop for 57 minutes! I could’ve gone longer, but the pool was closing. I was amazed by my controlled heart rate and the endurance I’ve gained. While I’m not fast, it’s encouraging to see my progress! Shout out to all the tips you guys provide on here! I’m looking forward to my first Olympic tri in August!
