Hi , i made transection with changenow and it was about 72k btc to usdt and they asked for the kyc and i did upload everything related to me , bank statement and other stuff and they said 7 working days and still waiting i dont know if someone has the same thing as i do.

(btw its been like almost a year and my money hostage with them and they all silent)

i hope someone could help me with this , its all my investment on crypto!
