I had applied for ATIP notes - complete file of my previous study permit, and I received it on the same day when I received an ITA. When I was going through the files, I noticed that my previous representative missed to include my foreign work experience for one of my role in the study permit application under employment history.
However, the documents for that 1 year experience were submitted to IRCC at the same time, along with job experience letter, information provided in SOP and resume.
Now that I am claiming 1 year foreign work experience points, I'm worried if it will be a misrepresentation issue for my PR application? Although the documents were submitted, the info is still missing on the study permit application under employment history.
Can I go ahead and submit my PR application with the previously submitted documents with a letter of explanation? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Please advise.
